NOTICE OF APPLICATION The Downtown Eastside Street Market Society has applied to the City of Vancouver requesting approval to use the eastern portion of 58 West Hastings Street for a street market (DE418263). Please see the attached development application notification postcard for details. A special Community Forum on Street Vending and an Open House about this application will be held on Thursday Sept. 4th. Open House drop-in starting at 5:00 pm and Forum from 6:00 to 8:00 pm at the Woodwards building (W2 room – 2nd fl., 111 W.
